The advertisement reads something like: No Points, No Interest, No fees and No Payments for twenty years. Okay, that is a little exaggerated, but some times the ads sound a little bit too good to be true. Like in any business, lenders are competing for you. With business competition comes creativity of advertising, and with the booming real estate market around the nation right now comes a host of creative loan catch words. For example a recent mailer we received at our house stated that we could apply for a loan for only .50 percent interest (.50%) with an APR of 5.798 % for forty years with payments that are about half of what we pay now. The catch phrase here is
